THE ANSWERS
Let’s clear a few things up.
Are the recipes free?+
Yes. The published recipes and articles are free to read. The recipes are illustrative samples in this mockup and should be tested before publication.
What does personalized recipe curation involve?+
A conversation about tastes, needs, kitchen setup, time available, and what is enjoyable to cook. Max can discuss a tailored collection and pricing after reviewing what you need.
Can I get a personalized meal plan?+
You can explore the free meal inspiration planner, or inquire about a custom plan. The online tool does not offer a medically individualized or therapeutic diet.
How much do services cost?+
Pricing is consultation-based. Send a message describing what you want and Max can discuss availability, scope, and a proposed price.
Does Max offer catering?+
Catering is listed as an inquiry-based service. Availability, menus, guest count, location, and any local requirements must be confirmed directly.
What areas do you serve?+
Max is focused on Taos and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Specific in-person service areas, travel, and remote availability are to be confirmed.
Is Max a doctor or registered dietitian?+
No. Max has a college degree in nutrition and restaurant experience but no official medical certifications. He is not a licensed medical professional, dietitian, or doctor.

Can the calculators tell me how many calories I should eat?+
They offer rough educational estimates only. They cannot determine a safe or appropriate individual nutrition prescription.
